Join our ERP Services department in Nørresundby

Wrist is the world’s leading ship and offshore supplier within provisions, stores, and spare part logistics, and our IT organization plays a central role in supporting our business with innovative digital solutions.

You will join our Master Data team in the ERP Services department under Group IT at our offices in Nørresundby. In addition to your Team Lead, your immediate team comprises four other colleagues.

We are part of a larger IT development organization, including a team of colleagues in Manila. While they manage daily operations, we are responsible for the strategic development of the master data area within Wrist in close collaboration with the rest of ERP Services.

Help define our master data system landscape

As the team’s specialist on master data, your primary responsibility will be to support the development and maintenance of best practices for master data management across different data domains, including customer, product, vendor, and reference data.

Drawing on your experience, you will:

• Work on IT projects related to master data, ensuring that data architecture and integrations align with business requirements and best practices
• Define and implement master data policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Act as a subject matter expert for master data, ensuring adherence to data consistency standards, governance, and compliance
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to define data models, data ownership, and governance processes
• Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in master data management 

Leverage your experience as a specialist

You have broad experience in master data management, data architecture, or related roles, where you have worked with different system landscapes and combinations and supported IT and business projects related to data architecture.

Your experience enables you to assess the pros and cons of various solutions and make informed decisions and recommendations on system implementations and integrations across different criteria and contexts.

More specifically, you bring:

• Strong expertise in MDM best practices and data governance
• Experience working with MDM and ERP systems (e.g., STEP, MDS, AX2012, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data modelling
• A good understanding of IT architecture principles and enterprise data management
• Knowledge of data quality, data governance frameworks, and compliance standards

Finally, you have strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities and excellent English language skills.
