Join our team of ERP Business Consultants in Nørresundby
Wrist is the world’s leading ship and offshore supplier within provisions, stores, and spare part logistics, and our IT organization plays a central role in supporting our business with innovative digital solutions.
Joining our team of ERP Business Consultants, you will act as a bridge between business users and the ERP system. Our five-person team ensures that the system supports business needs across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Procurement. Drawing on user stories, we craft detailed functional design documents that serve as technical blueprints for efficient system implementation.

Use your procurement experience to challenge the business
You can look forward to joining us at an exciting time, as we aim to implement a new ERP system globally in the fall of 2025. You will play a central role in the implementation by contributing to project groups and translating business needs into technical specifications, while also helping to maintain our current system.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, you will:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations
- Act as a trusted ERP partner for colleagues in Procurement, both locally and globally
- Provide consultancy on best practices for ERP utilization within the procurement process
- Support business users in process optimization and change management
- Coordinate with the ERP backend team on system enhancements and issue resolution
Profile
Experienced, inquisitive, and collaborative
In this highly collaborative role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your ability to ask questions, challenge the business, and translate between business requirements and technical designs.
With a strong understanding of procurement, you will be able to pinpoint what your colleagues are aiming to achieve and translate that insight into clear, functional design documentation.
More specifically, you bring:
- Procurement experience and a flair for process optimization
- Advanced knowledge of the processes and capabilities of ERP systems
- Experience translating between business requirements and technical designs
- Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to collaborate with global stakeholders
- A strong ability to stay focused on your objectives while ensuring all tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard
