Join our team of ERP Business Consultants in Nørresundby

Wrist is the world’s leading ship and offshore supplier within provisions, stores, and spare part logistics, and our IT organization plays a central role in supporting our business with innovative digital solutions.

Joining our team of ERP Business Consultants, you will act as a bridge between business users and the ERP system. Our five-person team ensures that the system supports business needs across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Procurement. Drawing on user stories, we craft detailed functional design documents that serve as technical blueprints for efficient system implementation.

Play a central role in the implementation of a new global ERP system

You will join us at an opportune time if you want to work globally while being anchored in Northern Jutland. In the fall of 2025, we will implement a new ERP system, which will affect all business units across Europe, the US, Central America, and Asia.

As one of two ERP Consultants within Finance, you will get the opportunity to help streamline processes, ensure global alignment, and contribute to onboarding new businesses (which will take you travelling about 3-4 weeks a year) – while also helping to maintain our current system.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, you will:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations
• Act as a trusted ERP partner for colleagues in Finance, locally and globally
• Work closely with the business on optimizing our electronic invoicing system
• Provide consultancy on best practices for ERP utilization within finance processes
• Support business users in process optimization and change management
• Coordinate with the ERP backend team on system enhancements and issue resolution

Utilize your expertise in finance and electronic invoicing

Your most important skill in this role will be your ability to ask questions, challenge your stakeholders, and understand business processes and needs. Next, you will need experience translating those needs into technical designs in collaboration with external developers.

More specifically, you bring:

• Experience in finance and electronic invoicing, e.g., as a business controller
• Advanced knowledge of the processes and capabilities of various ERP systems
• Experience translating between business requirements and technical designs
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to collaborate with global stakeholders
• An ability to focus on your goals while making sure that all tasks are completed on time and of high quality
