Help us excel in our service using your knowledge and initiative

Mission

Do you want to make sure that we continuously increase the value we bring to some of our biggest key accounts? And do you want to combine working closely with KPIs, SOPs and SLAs with collaborating even closer with colleagues and clients?

“You’ll get plenty of room to chip in – both with your knowledge and your initiative. Because even though I own the budget for our accounts, I want to give you every chance to shine and develop professionally,” says Nicklas Royberg, your Global Key Account Director.

Welcome to Wrist – we make life at sea better

Wrist is the world’s leading ship and offshore supplier within provisions, stores, and spare part logistics. By offering consolidated deliveries and combined solutions, we help shipping companies reduce both costs and complexity across their operations – delivering value through data insights, reliability and global reach.

Join a supportive team where your input is heard

You will join our Global Sales team of 4 Global Key Account Directors (GKAD), 3 of them already paired up with their own Global Operational Key Account Manager. With 3 colleagues in the same position as you, we are plenty of people to show you the ropes. And of course, your own GKAD cannot wait to meet you.

“You and I will collaborate so closely that we can easily take over for each other. And in general, the whole team shares an atmosphere where everyone is free to voice their opinions, and sharing knowledge is second nature,” Nicklas continues.

Profile

Become the guardian of our operational excellence

Working closely with Nicklas on 12 key accounts, you will follow up on the performance of our 30 branches and support them to heighten their level of service. At the same time, you will collaborate independently with the accounts to be up to date on their different needs and ensure that we continue to meet them.

Even though you will not have your own budget, your efforts will be invaluable in our efforts to enhance our commercial potential with each account. Some of your tasks will be to:

  • Ensure SOP and SLA compliance, and follow up on internal and external KPIs through analysing various data points
  • Onboard accounts with new branches
  • Act as the point of contact between key accounts and branches and ensure that feedback and requests for change are handled constructively and effectively
  • Enhance the collaboration between branches and support sharing of best practices
  • Prepare Nicklas for monthly and quarterly meetings and participate when necessary - you can expect 5-10 global travel days a year

You bring operational experience and an analytical skill set

Even though data is important for you, and you know how to draw conclusions from it, you are not afraid to be proactive and suggest new ways of doing things based on your own judgment.

Moreover, you get energised from having various touchpoints in and outside of our organisation and from creating fruitful collaborations with clients and colleagues alike.

We value experience over formal education and imagine that you:

  • Have some years of operational or front-line experience – perhaps from a ship chandler or the field of logistics or transport
  • Know how to navigate working with various internal and external stakeholders and their priorities
  • Have experience working with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Speak and write English fluently – Danish is preferable, but not a requirement

We offer more than just a job

We wish to be the best at what we do, and everything we do, is based on our values of “Winning Attitude, Customer Orientation, and Getting it Done”.  We offer flexible working hours and numerous employee benefits, counting a healthy canteen, take away, free fruit, and fitness facilities. Wrist supports local elite sports, offering tickets to home games. You can expect free parking and access to Clever EV charging stations. Moreover, we have an active employee association that invites us all to play paddle, badminton, and board games etc. and to join the yearly DHL relay race.

At Wrist, we are committed to cultivating a culture of belonging where every individual feels seen, valued, and respected

As a global company, we aim to reflect the communities we are part of, believing that our strength comes from diverse perspectives, experiences, and the unique contributions each person offers. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and we are dedicated to maintaining a recruitment process that is inclusive, fair, and respectful. By fostering a supportive workplace culture rooted in belonging, we lay the foundation for meaningful collaboration and shared success.
