With reference to our Group Head of ESG, you will become part of our strong team. The position is based in Aalborg.


ESG Data & Reporting Manager
with a focus on CSRD compliance and carbon reporting
You will focus on leading our ESG reporting activities, with primary attention to CSRD compliance and carbon data management.


Your key responsibility will be to ensure accurate and compliant ESG reporting while establishing and maintaining our CO₂ reporting foundation. Your primary focus will be driving CSRD reporting, GHG accounting, emissions mapping, and customer-specific carbon reporting. As ESG Data & Reporting Manager, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure high-quality data, regulatory compliance, and actionable sustainability insights.
 

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to

  • Lead CSRD compliance and ESG reporting activities.
  • Drive CO₂ data collection, validation, baseline calculations, emissions mapping, and reporting.
  • Support decarbonization initiatives through emissions analysis and sustainability insights.
  • Deliver customer-specific carbon footprint reporting and transparency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate ESG reporting.
  • Continuously improve ESG data quality, reporting processes, and regulatory compliance.

Profile

Qualifications & requirements
Preferably, you have an educational background within Sustainability, Environmental Management, Data Analytics, or a related field at minimum on a Bachelor’s degree level. 


Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • Experience with carbon accounting, GHG accounting, emissions calculations, and reporting methodologies.

  • Experience with CSRD and ESRS reporting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in data validation and quality management.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical reporting processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You are comfortable interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into clear and effective reporting processes.
