As our HR Coordinator, you will support different HR areas across our regions, including Denmark, UK, Belgium, Manila, and Singapore. You will play a key role in delivering HR services, driving engagement initiatives, and helping us maintain a strong and positive workplace culture.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants to broaden their HR capabilities, gain international exposure, and build hands‑on experience across multiple HR areas - all while stepping into a meaningful and supportive maternity cover position.

Your key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to interview scheduling and contract preparation
• Deliver a professional and welcoming onboarding experience for new employees globally
• Maintain employee records and support daily HR administration
• Assist with engagement and recognition programs, ensuring strong employee involvement
• Contribute to internal HR communications, presentations, and updates
• Support global HR projects and process improvements across multiple regions
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee and manager inquiries
• Coordinate local and global HR activities, ensuring consistency across locations
