As Head of HR Denmark, you play a key role in enabling business performance through pragmatic, scalable, and compliant people practices. Acting as the senior HR partner for Denmark, you will lead and coordinate HR activities across Wrist’s Danish business unites and Group functions based in Denmark. Working closely with Group HR and local leadership teams, you will ensure consistent execution of our People Strategy while supporting local business priorities, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Act as the senior HR partner to Danish leadership teams and Group functions located in Denmark
- Drive and support organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, and people-related business decisions
- Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations across Wrist’s Danish business units, including HR governance and compliance with Danish employment legislation
- Support leadership development, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes
- Drive and support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and employer branding initiatives across Denmark
- Ensure high-quality workforce planning, HR data integrity, and implementation of global HR policies and frameworks
Profil
What You Bring to the Table
You don’t just bring experience - you bring sound judgement, business understanding, and the ability to build trusted relationships that create value for both people and business.
Ideally, you have an educational background within Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field, combined with substantial HR leadership experience gained within Denmark. You also bring:
- Extensive HR leadership experience gained within Denmark, combined with strong HR governance capabilities and a solid understanding of Danish employment legislation and workplace practices
- Strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders and supporting organizational development and change initiatives
- Credibility and influence across organizational levels, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience operating in international and matrix-oriented environments while translating strategy into practical people solutions
- Proven ability to work both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic business environment
- Experience supporting multiple business units and corporate functions
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR systems, reporting, and workforce data
- Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken
