Join our Procurement Team
As a Stock Purchaser, you will become part of an experienced and well-functioning team focused on stock purchasing and replenishment for our global customers. Reporting to our Regional Stock Procurement Manager, you will work closely with skilled colleagues who value structure, teamwork, and a positive attitude. We work in a focused and efficient manner and prioritize a positive work environment where there is room for both professionalism and a strong sense of community.

Location Denmark or Rotterdam
The department consists of a team of four employees, based at our headquarters in Nørresundby and our office in Rotterdam. In addition, we work closely with a dedicated team of support staff from our service center in Manila, the Philippines, creating strong international collaboration across time zones and cultures.

The position can be based either at our office in Nørresundby or in Rotterdam.

Take Ownership of Stock Purchasing with a Global Perspective
As a Stock Purchaser, you will take on the responsibility of ensuring a stable and efficient supply to our EU-based warehouses, with a strong focus on master planning and stock replenishment. You will be a key player in our daily operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes. Working closely with colleagues across countries and departments, you will help strengthen our international supply chain through collaboration and shared expertise.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to

  • Ensure optimal stock supply (master planning)
  • Planning and follow-up on purchase orders
  • Maintenance of procurement data in Axapta
  • Ongoing communication with suppliers
  • Invoice approval
  • Replenishment planning and coordination of containers

Qualifications & requirements
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have experience within purchasing or supply chain and are comfortable using the IT tools that support these processes. In addition, you should thrive in an international work environment where strong communication skills in English are essential.

We expect that you:

  • Have experience from a similar position or a relevant educational background
  • Possess strong IT skills and knowledge of ERP systems
  • Be fluent in English, both spoken and written
