We are looking for a creative and motivated Student Assistant to join our team as a Marketing Material Designer. If you enjoy transforming ideas into engaging visuals and digital content, and you’re eager to gain hands‑on experience within video production, training material development, and marketing, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

As part of our international organization, you will contribute to strengthening our brand presence and communication across multiple channels—both internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities

• Training videos and possible animation for our Gateway system 

• Written training guides 

• Multimedia promotional material 

• Written promotional material 

• Social media posts (in conjunction with our group marketing colleagues) 

• Internal / external news letters on a regular basis 

• Client testimonials and case studies 

What you bring to Garrets

Required Skills

• Excellent written English and the ability to communicate clearly
• Experience with video creation, image editing and visual storytelling
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Capable of creating intuitive, easy-to-understand graphics

Bonus Skills

• Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia)
• Familiarity with instructional design or e-learning tools

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program (e.g., Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communication, Computer Science)
• Able to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines

This role is an excellent chance to build a strong portfolio and gain real experience in marketing, design, and training content creation.
