In this part-time role, you will help turn complex master data processes into clear, engaging communication for our frontline users – through documentation, internal communication, and e-learning materials.

You will play an important supporting role in ensuring that master data is easy to understand and consistently used across the organization. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will contribute to improving how knowledge is shared, while building valuable skills at the intersection of IT, data, and business.

Join our Business Systems department in Nørresundby
You will become part of the Master Data team in the Business Systems department under Group Digital, based at our offices in Nørresundby. Your immediate team consists of your Team Lead and four dedicated colleagues. We collaborate closely with a larger IT organization, including colleagues in Manila, who handle daily operations. Together, we focus on the strategic development of Wrist’s master data capabilities in close alignment with Business Systems and the wider business.

As a Student Worker in the Master Data team, you will support the day-to-day work by helping make master data processes easy to understand and accessible for the wider organization. You will work closely with the team to transform knowledge into clear documentation, engaging learning materials, and effective internal communication. You should expect to work 2 full days per week. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in preparing clear and concise documentation covering master data processes, policies, and selected technical areas
  • Supporting the development of e-learning content and training materials for frontline users
  • Contributing to internal communication initiatives within the team and across departments to ensure alignment on master data practices
  • Helping maintain and update internal knowledge repositories and learning platforms
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure documentation and training materials reflect current processes and systems
  • Providing ad-hoc support to master data projects and initiatives as needed
